Why we publish
Procurement information is abundant but disconnected. An award appears in one record, the buyer’s intent in another document and the next requirement months later. Civensa develops practical ways to connect those fragments without overstating what they prove.
Our audience includes suppliers, commercial teams, advisers and researchers working in UK public-sector markets. We focus on the decisions that happen before a response is written: where to invest, which accounts to understand and what evidence to prepare.
Ownership and editorial disclosure
That ownership may create a commercial interest in the subjects we cover. We address it through visible disclosure, published methodology, direct sourcing and corrections. We do not present Civensa as an independent third-party reviewer of BidSkim.
