Civensa is operated by BidSkim Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). For privacy questions, contact privacy@civensa.com.
Information we receive
We may receive information you choose to send by email, including your name, contact details, organisation and message. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, device type, requested page and timestamp to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, review corrections, maintain site security, understand aggregate site performance and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Legal bases and retention
Depending on the context, processing is based on legitimate interests, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, consent or legal obligation. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and applicable legal requirements.
Service providers and transfers
We may use hosting, email, analytics and security providers acting on our behalf. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards where required.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to request portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact privacy@civensa.com to exercise a right.
Cookies and analytics
We use local storage to remember whether you accepted or declined optional analytics. If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics processes usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and referral source to help us understand aggregate site performance. Google Analytics is not loaded before consent, and declining does not affect access to the site. We do not use analytics data for advertising on Civensa.
