The service licence names BiP Solutions Limited as the contracting operator. Companies House records BIP SOLUTIONS LIMITED, SC086146, as an active Scottish private company incorporated on 9 January 1984, giving the operator the longest documented corporate history in this five-provider batch.

The licence and product pages explicitly frame Supply2Gov as a service for SMEs to become tender-ready and receive relevant public-sector opportunities. Its tiering is geographic: one free local area, then country, UK-wide and UK-and-Ireland access, with toolkits and guides rather than an enterprise intelligence workflow.

Supply2Gov uses a freemium geographic ladder with public monthly, six-monthly and annual prices. The contract is a named-user licence; paid terms have minimum periods of two, six or twelve months by payment frequency, exclude VAT, use continuing renewal and card authority where supported, and require downgrade rather than a simple alert stop. A monthly downgrade takes effect only at the end of the following month's paid term.

BiP's privacy notice states UK staff and EU hosting and describes ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 policies, firewalls, intrusion detection, encrypted transmission, physical controls, patching and independent penetration testing. The licence uses named users, says reasonable endeavours are made to keep the service available, and provides a support email, but does not publish an uptime SLA, response-time SLA, live status page or certificate scope and current validity on the reviewed product pages.

Supply2Gov claims aggregation from more than 3,000 public-sector sources across the UK and Ireland and explicitly names CompeteFor on the pricing page. The reviewed pages do not publish a complete portal inventory, source links or a source-by-source acquisition method, so the broad count cannot be independently reconciled to explicit portal coverage from first-party documentation.

The licence states that relevant alerts are available each working day, excluding UK bank holidays, and the product describes daily profile-based email delivery. No per-source ingestion timestamp, duplicate handling, validation method, correction workflow, source-health dashboard or latency service level is published.

Alert profiles use keywords or phrases and CPV codes, with documented filters for region, buyer type, value, category and exclusions. This is a conventional rules-based matching system; the reviewed pages do not claim semantic matching, machine learning or AI relevance scoring.

The database includes UK and Ireland contract and award notices, and provider guidance recommends searching past awards for winners, lots and indicative values. No structured supplier identity layer, published retrospective date floor, coverage ratio by source or automated similar-contract linkage is established.

Buyer names and buyer-type filters appear in notices and guidance, but no deliberately canonicalized, deduplicated or entity-resolved Supply2Gov buyer profile with cross-notice intelligence is established. The FAQ points users seeking deeper buyer and spend intelligence to a separate BiP product.

Award notices may expose winner names, but the reviewed pages do not establish canonicalized supplier profiles, alias handling, cross-notice supplier relationships or incumbent entities inside Supply2Gov.

Editorial guidance recommends watching procurement cycles, pipelines and frameworks, but no product feature based on contract end dates, extensions, predicted re-tenders or confirmed renewal notices is documented for Supply2Gov.

Plans include a Tender Ready Toolkit and general resources designed to help SMEs prepare to tender. The public pages do not establish opportunity-specific requirements extraction, recorded gaps, evidence requests, owners, remediation actions, deadlines or tracked readiness, so this remains only an adjacent planning capability.

The service provides configurable alert profiles, an online portal and basic opportunity tracking, but the reviewed pages do not document CSV export, an API, CRM or messaging integrations, shared pipeline, comments, assignments or multi-user collaboration. The licence also expressly prohibits exporting or extracting BiP data into other databases unless made available by the service.
